Returns and Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have a full 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order. For in-store pickup, the right of withdrawal period begins 5 business days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for pickup. The right of withdrawal applies even if the items are on sale. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means the item must be unused, tags must be attached, and the item must be free of odor or stains. You are responsible for the package reaching us when you return items. After you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the item. If you wish to return an item, you must send an email to ebbathorstad@gmail.com. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. You can, of course, return items directly in-store at no extra cost. Please send us an email if you wish to return an item to ensure the package arrives on time.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be resold. We therefore note that earrings, tights, underwear, etc., cannot be returned/exchanged.
Complaints
If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to complain for 2 years from the date you received the item. This assumes that you notify us within a reasonable time and provide a receipt and/or order number confirming that the item was purchased from us. The right to complain lapses if the product has been used abnormally heavily or washed incorrectly.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, return the order to us along with the enclosed withdrawal form and you will receive a refund. Then place a new order in the online store for the items you want.
